BJ's has been offering in-house embroidery and
digitising services for over 30years, so why choose
embroidery? It’s simple really – embroidering your logo
onto a garment will provide you with the very best
quality and longevity. Not only will embroidery outlast
your garment, it won’t fade and will look as good as it
did the day you received it for years to come!
Embroidery can add a touch of class to any garment. With
the large range of colours, it is a cheaper alternative
to printing when using multiple colours.
If your logo has artwork associated with it – outside
our PRE-DIGITISED FONTS – it will need to be digitised.
Pricing is entirely dependent on the size of your logo,
and quotes are unique to the intricacies of your design.
You can bring the artwork in to us or alternatively
e-mail it to us at rebecca@bjscc.com.au.
The range of colours available is amazing – you can use
up to fifteen different colours to create your
embroidered design.
Whether you’re supplying your own garments, or need a
little advice from the team as to what uniforms you’ll
require, we’ve got all your embroidery needs covered.
We look forward to your business, and helping you to
reach the next level in your work wear!
The only thing that will ruin our embroidery work is
bleaching products- so take care when washing!
DIGITISING
Digitising is the process of converting your text or
picture (jpeg, bmp, eps, pdf etc) design to an
embroidery machine software file ( normally a .dst
file). Once your design has been converted, the
embroidery machine can sew out your design on the
required garments. If a .DST (digitised embroidery file)
is not supplied, a SETUP will be quoted.
Repeat orders don't incur this setup fee if there is no
change to the design.
To create your design for embroidery (digitise), the
preferred file formats you can provide us are :
- JPEGs
- PDF (curves converted)
- EPS (curves converted)
- CDR (curves converted)
We can also create your design from paper, business
cards, letterheads or phamplets.
GETTING A QUOTE
To make sure we give you the most competitive price,
please provide as much information as possible. Due to
massive variations in design size and complexity,
colours used and garment quantities price can vary
accordingly. When providing a quote for embroidery,
these details determine the cost :
* How many and which garments are required
* Logo complexity and sizing (front small size no larger
than 110mm and back large size no larger than 220mm)
* Garment position(s) - front left/right chest, either
sleeve or back
If the quote is acceptable to you and payment has been
received, we will email you a scanned copy of your
embroidered logo. This is on a similiar fabric patch for
your pre-approval before commencing to stitch your
design onto your shirts |
